This foundation is strengthened through the innovative management and agile stewardship of our human resources and our physical assets (campus, technology, infrastructure, etc.) in order to support a safe, sustainable, functional, integrated, and healthy environment that fosters student success.\u00a0 <b>Our goal<\/b> is to ensure that our community has the resources, services, and operational support it needs to deliver on our mission.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<h4>The College&#8217;s organizational structure features six central, important, and integrated cores:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Operational Integration Core (OIC)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/exc\/\">Executive Core (EXC)<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/fhc\/\">Fiscal Health Core (FHC)<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/oec\/\">Outreach &amp;
